Founded in October 2008, KTB Management is a family owned company specializing in investing, rehabbing, and leasing real estate.
Located in Fort Smith, Arkansas, KTB Management is a small, but growing company. Having purchased our first single family property in November 2008, KTB Management now has 4 properties consisting of 10 total units; including a diverse mix of single-family, multi-family, and commercial. Starting in 2012 we will begin updating the exterior of each property to better reflect our vision for the properties.
